Founded in 1953, The Humane Society of the Piedmont is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation, providing assistance to pet owners in need, and reducing unnecessary euthanasia in local shelters.  Humane Society of the Piedmont fosters an environment of compassion and leads our community to enhance the lives of all animals.
