HELPING PET PARENTS IN THE PIEDMONT SINCE 1953
Humane Society of the Piedmont Spay Neuter & Wellness Clinic
Our spay, neuter, and wellness clinic offers low-cost spays & neuters to the community and non-profit affiliates. Pet owners can also get affordable wellness care for their furry friends including vaccinations, and dental care. Visit the Humane Society of the Piedmont Spay, Neuter and Wellness Clinic page to learn more about their services and prices.
Fill The Bowl Food Assistance Program
The Humane Society of the Piedmont's Food Assistance Program helps to ensure that pets in our community do not go hungry and that people do not have to sacrifice their own needs to feed their pet. The Fill The Bowl program helps pet parents keep their pets even in tough financial times.
HSP provides pet food to the Salvation Army of High Point food pantry and Greensboro Urban Ministry Food Pantry. You may go to those food banks to receive pet food assistance. Follow the links above to see their address and hours of operation.
Furry Friends Financial Assistance Fund
Furry Friends Financial Assistance Fund is a program that was created thanks to a large donation from Flow Buick/GMC of Greensboro in January 2016 to provide assistance to owners with personal pets that need veterinary care. This is a program that requires submission of an assistance application, proof of financial need, veterinarian recommendation and approval by our financial assistance board.
Please ask your veterinarian clinic to submit an application for assistance on your behalf here:
ADDITIONAL RESOURCES
Although the Humane Society of the Piedmont does not accept surrendered animals or facilitate adoptions, we can help you connect with the right people to help find a solution for furry friends in need.
