The Humane Society of the Piedmont operates our “Fill the Bowl” program to provide pet food to pet parents in need. There is a high demand for pet food and we welcome pet food donations from our supporters to help meet this demand.
Dry and wet dog and cat food can be dropped off at The Humane Society of the Piedmont during clinic hours Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5:00 pm (4527 West Wendover Ave., Greensboro, NC 27409.)
We are always in need of cat and dog food. Please help if you can by donating food at The Humane Society of the Piedmont or use the donate button to make a secure monetary donation.
If you would like to organize a pet food drive in your school, neighborhood, church or business, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
The pet food bank helps make sure that pets in our community do not go hungry; it helps pet parents keep their pets even in tough financial times; and it helps ensure that people do not have to share their own meal with their pets and sacrifice their own nutrition and hunger.
If you are in need of pet food please call The Humane Society of the Piedmont at 336-299-3060. Please note that food will be provided ONCE A MONTH per household. Please download the pet food bank application and read all of the program terms. If you are new to the pet food bank program, please print, complete and bring the application with you. You must also bring proof that your pet(s) is spayed/neutered and has a current rabies vaccine.
